Hardscape Mentor Studios is a brand-new, private facility located in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. 

To keep things simple, transportation is provided — we’ll meet at Hotel Mead and take everyone by bus to and from the venue on event day.

Yes! We’ll have a full stock of Hardscape Mentor t-shirts and sweatshirts available on-site. Please note that apparel purchases will be cash only.

No. We’ll meet at Hotel Mead in the morning and provide bus transportation to and from the venue, including the lunch stop. You won’t need to drive at all on event day.

We’ll meet at Hotel Mead at 8:30 AM on Saturday morning. From there, we’ll travel together by bus to Hardscape Mentor Studios and return to the hotel around 4:00 PM.

For this event, we recommend using the provided transportation. Detailed logistics will be shared with registered attendees after purchase..

The Saturday evening reception is a casual networking event from 6:00–9:00 PM at Whiskey Rapids Saloon, located within walking distance of Hotel Mead.

We’ll have heavy hors d’oeuvres available, with plenty of time to connect with other attendees and speakers. A full bar will be open, with beverages available for purchase.
