I just purchased membership. How do I access training tutorials?

There are 2 ways to access our training content:

1. Online through our website

2. Download Our App for Apple and Android

To Login Through Our Website: After purchase, make sure you are logged in, and under your profile, click My Products and select Hardscape Mentor Membership.

My request to join the HERD was declined. Why?

Remember, the HERD is for Elite members only. Our "admin assist" automatically declines anyone who doesn't fill out both questions when requesting to join (we get a ton of daily requests!).

Can I self cancel membership?

Yes, no hard feelings either!

First login online on the web at https://www.hardscapementor.com/login

Once you login, on the top right click the circle profile button > Settings > Billing Info (top right) > then to the right of Active Subscriptions, click the 3 little dots and then Cancel Membership.

How do I attend Monthly Masterminds on Zoom?

Remember, Monthly Masterminds are for Elite members only. Download Zoom on your device of choice for the best experience.
We will email all Elite members an invite. We also post the invite in the HERD Facebook group.
