Greg breaks down the difference between polymeric haze (clear polymers or Portland cement left on the surface) and polymeric staining (moisture pulling polymers into the face), how to test for efflorescence, and which cleaners fix each issue. They finish with prevention tips: dry substrates, proper sweeping/blowing, and using slower-setting, haze-free sand.
