Service Agreement for 'Design & Build: Hardscape Training Course'

1. Parties
   This Agreement is between Hardscape Mentor, LLC (the "Provider") and the undersigned participant (the "Participant").

2. Course Description
   The Design & Build: Hardscape Training Course (the "Course") is a digital hardscaping training program delivered through the Provider's website, mobile applications, and Zoom.

3. Payment Terms
   The Participant agrees to pay a one-time fee for the Course. In the event of dissatisfaction, the Participant is entitled to a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. To receive a refund, the Participant must email the Provider within 7 days of the Course launch date.

4. Access to Course Materials
   The Participant will have access to the Course materials for a period of six (6) months from the Course launch date.
   After the 6-month access period, the Participant may retain access to this Course—and all other courses—by becoming a Hardscape Mentor member.

5. No Prerequisites
   There are no prerequisites for the Participant to enroll in the Course.

6. Intellectual Property
   The Course materials are proprietary to the Provider. The Participant is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Course materials solely for personal educational purposes.

7. Privacy Policy
   The Provider is committed to protecting the Participant's privacy. Participant data will be handled and stored on an encrypted website.

8. Disclaimer
   The Provider makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of the Participant's learning and application of the Course material.

9. Termination
   Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason upon written notice to the other party.

10. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties.

11. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.

12. Entire Agreement
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous agreements, whether written or oral.

Participant Acknowledgment:
By enrolling in the Course, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Service Agreement.
