This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("User" or "you") and Hardscape Mentor, LLC ("Hardscape Mentor," "we," or "us") and governs your access to and use of the Hardscape Mentor website, video content (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Membership
2. Hardscape Mentor offers a yearly membership at a cost of $467.00 per year ("Membership Fee"). By signing up for a membership, you agree to pay the Membership Fee for access to our Services. Your membership will automatically renew each year, and your payment method will be charged the Membership Fee on a recurring basis until you cancel your membership.
3. Cancellation Policy
4. You may cancel your membership at any time during the 365-day billing period through the designated cancellation process on our website or emailing [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your access to the Services will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the Services.
5. Access to Services
6. Upon successful payment of the Membership Fee, you will have access to the Hardscape Mentor website video content. You agree to use the Services for your use only, and not to share your access credentials or any content provided through the Services with any third party.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to, video content, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, are the property of Hardscape Mentor or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or otherwise use any content from the Services, except as expressly permitted by Hardscape Mentor.
9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hardscape Mentor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or any content provided through the Services.
11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hardscape Mentor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Services.
13. Governing Law
14. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Hardscape Mentor is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Changes to this Agreement
16. Hardscape Mentor reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
